How does the shuttle service work?

The shuttle to the centre of Sorrento is free and available by reservation only, to be made at least 30 minutes ahead by WhatsApp message to +39 345 830 0822. A transfer to the port or station costs 40 euros each way, with a 30 euro supplement outside normal hours.

Are laundry and massages available?

Yes, both on request: ask reception for details and bookings.

Do you organise excursions?

Yes. The concierge at reception can recommend and arrange excursions and tours of Sorrento and the coast.
