What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. A late check-out can be requested, subject to availability and with a surcharge to be agreed with the reception. You may also leave your luggage in storage and collect it later. For check-in times and early arrivals, please contact the reception.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Please inform our staff of any food intolerances or allergies.

Is Wi-Fi available and is it free?

Yes. We offer free high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the property. Your access credentials are provided at check-in.

Is there a shuttle service?

Yes, we offer a free shuttle service to the centre of Sorrento, available by reservation only, to be made at least 30 minutes in advance via WhatsApp message to +39 345 830 0822. For timetables please ask the reception. The transfer to the port or station costs €40 per trip; an extra €30 applies for out-of-hours services.

How does the garden Jacuzzi work?

The garden Jacuzzi is open from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM (from 15 April to 30 October). Before entering the tub you must take the outdoor shower and wear a swim cap or tie your hair back. Entering the property while wet is not allowed, and access is reserved for guests over 16. For dedicated towels, please ask the reception.

How does the in-room minibar work?

The minibar is for the exclusive use of the beverages provided by the Relais; please do not add outside food, to avoid overheating the appliance. Kindly avoid consuming particularly oily food in the room and do not pour wine into the bathroom sink, which is made of natural, delicate materials.

Is parking available?

Yes, Romantic Relais offers convenient parking for cars and motorbikes.

Do you offer a laundry service?

Can I book a massage?

Yes. For information and bookings for the massage service, please ask the reception.

Do you organise excursions and tours?

Yes. We offer excursions and tours to discover Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. Our concierge at the reception is available to advise you and arrange bookings.
